I understand the length of Tidal Pulls can be customized. What about the back and top portions?

Yes, the height of the “Back” segment that attaches to the back of the cabinet or drawer facing can be customized, as well as the depth of the “Return” segment that extends over the top of the cabinet or drawer. Most cabinet and drawer facings have a standard thickness of ¾". Click here for more measurement details.

What should I use to clean my Tidal Pulls?

Our custom cabinet and drawer pulls can be cleaned with a simple mixture of soap and water and then polished with a few drops of mineral oil. A quality commercial stainless steel cleaner and/or polish will work fine as well.

How durable are Tidal Pulls?

Tidal Pulls are made of marine grade stainless steel. They are virtually scratch and rust resistant and therefore perfect for high humidity environments of your home such as the kitchen, bathroom, mudroom or outside by the bar or pool. Any unintended scratches or flaws can be easily buffed out.

What finishes are available?

We currently offer Tidal Pulls in either a brushed or polished stainless steel finish. If there is another high quality metal that you would like your pulls made from, please contact us for a quote.

What is your environmental policy?

We strive to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle as part of our daily business operations. We try to reuse inbound shipped cardboard boxes for our outbound shipments, and we clean and reuse packaging materials when possible. We recycle our used office supplies including paper, aluminum cans, toner cartridges, computers and cell phones. We have installed CFL in our offices, we try our best to conserve water, and we are always striving to reduce the negative impact we are making on our precious environment.

Can I Get a Sample?

Sample pulls are available, and the amount paid for the sample can be deducted from the total of your future order.
